About Us
“Chowk” in Urdu means a crossroad where different paths converge and people meet to exchange thoughts and ideas. At Art Chowk we believe that by showcasing and promoting fine contemporary art to the world, we are providing a cultural haven to meet and broaden horizons through the study and appreciation of artistic expression. Geographical boundaries do not demarcate culture and a work of art can inform and educate simply by presenting an idea: each work of art on display at Art Chowk provides the viewer with a fresh, original perspective.
Our mission is to exhibit online, and to make available to customers throughout the world, art from our own collection and periodic exhibitions. We showcase a cross-section of contemporary art from Pakistan and elsewhere, providing timely and seamless delivery to our buyers through established courier services. All purchases are accompanied with our guarantee of authenticity that is based on written agreements with the artists or our affiliated galleries. Using our extensive experience and network in the represented art markets we are also able to guide members on their collections and portfolios.
